Received over 50 applications so far for the internal recruiter role at @Freetrade and I've come to the conclusion that there are two types of recruiter CV.
Type 1:
KPI's, TARGETS, COMPETENCIES, EMEA, PRO-ACTIVE, SYNERGY
Type 2:
People, inclusivity, retention, relationships
I bet this has nothing to do with the quality of recruiter, and everything to do with the culture that they learnt recruitment in. That said, it would be risky to hire the former into a place that wants the latter without guidance on the way they are expected to work.

The culture they learned their trade in definitely affects the quality. They either reject or embrace the target driven, smash the phones culture. I’ve found those that reject it almost exclusively work as internal recruiters and those that embrace it stay agency side.

There are plenty of people in agency recruitment that want to escape it. I have an acquaintance that works in an agency and was telling me she wanted to try internal recruitment. And I suspect if she was to try and describe her work she would use the vocabulary of her peers.
