States with the death penalty have higher murder rates. Capital punishment is not a deterrent, costs more money, is disproportionately doled out to people of color, and innocent people are our to death regularly. Do some research. Time to abolish Nationwide.

Our course for a long time we have known that Washington State Supreme Court think that they are wiser than the founding father's of our nation and God and that violent murders should be able to possibly pray on others in the future.

Maybe you're not aware that Washington has its own plan of government, adopted in 1889, which affords additional rights and protections beyond what's in the U.S. Constitution. Today's ruling is an interpretation of the state, not federal, Constitution.
