Actually, no. The tiny village area is surrounded by apartments and hotels, not Amazon buildings. But hey, thanks for sharing your uninformed opinion from 800 miles away.

The city SHOULD be sued for this. Quit with the handouts already. How about using that money to create programs that helps the homeless actually contribute to society. Giving them everything helps no one. That prob makes too much sense for the
@SeattleCouncil though. -
having somewhere to live kinda gives someone that boost of confidence to want to better themselves. leaving them on the street just makes them more destitute

Plenty of places other than prime neighborhoods to house the homeless-would NYC select midtown Manhattan for a village? Suburbs have plenty of vacant or cheap land

I’m thinking they need to be in walking distance to stores/ Drs etc. So unless they set up much more then tiny houses, suburbs won’t work.

Y'all need to start calling these what they are: shantytowns. Once called Hoovervilles. "Tiny-house village" makes them sound like one of those miniature Victorian Christmas displays.
