Worst idea ever. It rains in seattle 9 months a year. Stop hating the car.

The only way to fix downtown traffic is to improve regional transport so commuter towns are a reality and we take pressure off downtn living

Only if you can reduce motor vehicle traffic by about 30%. 4th Ave is already a zoo. Seriously though, do something!!

No, 4th Ave is already packed. Are you blind? Look at the auto zoo created on 2nd with that bike lane (for the 5 bikes that use it)

Not a good idea until surface traffic is able to function with more light rail and public transport to the outlying communities.

Do people have to do all the planning for you? Make 3rd bus/bike only. Take bus/bike off all others and give auto the room to move on others
