8,000 homes in Denny Triangle today. Set to more than double in coming years, along with lots more housing in SLU and Belltown.

Denny Triangle projects will include 10,000 parking spaces: about 5,000 in residential buildings, 3,000 in office and 2,000 in mixed use.

2015 census data for tracts 72 & 73 show 9,400 units. I see about 1,000 units built there in last couple years, so numbers seem about right.
