Dear Question for House Mgrs: You interviewed 18 witnesses in your impeachment inquiry. You have released the transcripts of only 17 of them, withholding the testimony of the ICIG. Why are you suppressing crucial witness evidence from Senators before we vote?

Remember every single Republican today. Every single one that voted against calling A SINGLE WITNESS in a trial. All of them helped cover up Trump's abuse of power. They are corrupt to the core. Remember in 2020, 2022, 2024. Vote them all out. Also, don't give a pass to Collins.

“A vote to acquit ... will force every senator ... to defend Trump when the next embarrassing audio recording hits ... , or when another witness surfaces to speak, or when John Bolton’s book comes out, .... Republican senators will become full-time exonerators.”

Tomorrow, we'll take a crucial vote on whether we will debate having witnesses and documents in this trial. Four Senate Republicans—just four—can ensure that we get the truth. A trial without witness and documents would render any acquittal of President Trump meaningless.

  8. There's some misreporting out there as to the witness vote. Right now there are 49 votes for witnesses and America is waiting to hear from Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. If she assents to witnesses, the question goes to tiebreaker Chief Justice Roberts. And no one knows what he'll do.

Former Senator tells the DC press corps to stop asking Republican Senators about "witness reciprocity," making the very true, simple point that Republicans don't need "reciprocity," trades or even a single Democratic vote to call the Bidens or whoever else they want.

Now as more and more people witness the chaos, the corruption, lies and slander, the democrats will lose one of the most important votes out there: those that haven't made up their minds about whom they will vote for.

Hopefully not. Hopefully the voters that were initially undecided last time will vote against him now. They saw what he’s done abs his his party did not allow witness for fear that they would look guilty as they are.

Why do you think Republican Senators were so comfortable overruling the 75% of Americans who wanted witness testimony in Donald Trump’s impeachment trial? Because they know that an avalanche of dark money is heading into their elections. Agreed, vote these hoes Out

  18. Romney Disinvited from CPAC 2020 After Impeachment Vote for Witnesses American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp publicly disinvited Utah Senator Mitt Romney from attending the 2020 Conservative Political Action Conference after Romney voted to hear new witness testimony

  19. For anti-Trump Republicans—a small but electorally significant segment—it’s been uncomfortably possible to oppose Trump but remain affiliated with the party, looking instead to more reasonable Republican senators for leadership. The witness vote may mark the end of that for many.

The hard truth is that Democrats lost this case the minute they rushed an impeachment vote—and they knew it. With the approaching Iowa caucuses, they preferred a failed impeachment rather than completing the case against Trump.
