    I received someone else’s food, called and was told your systems are down and try back in 2 hours. Called again and told to resubmit order but now restaurant is closed so no food for me. Uber CS claims no way to contact delivery driver. Terrible service, won’t use again

    Got mail from these cheaters in which they offered coupon SAVEBIG75 but when I tried to apply this code it shows invalid code, as per Uber customer care I am not eligible ,then why the hell you gave it to me in mail. Will never use service ever again. Cheaters

    what the hell is this?. I waited for 10 min. Your driver cancelled the trip at last moment.and you people have charged me 42rs without any reason. You should have given me compensation. Bitter experience ,never use uber again. is best.

    i am not going to use uber again and i am not going to recommend any one to use uber today i went for shopping and buy some heavy staff so i book uber but your driver refuses to take me and cancle my booking and for that you charge me rs42

    So true. I’m never going to use Uber or Uber Eats again. They’re literal thieves and after speaking to my bank on the phone again today, someone told me that those charges were indeed fraudulent and also not even in Canadian currency.

    It’s 2018, and can’t help my coworker contact his driver to retrieve his phone. How hard is it to return a lost phone? We’ve all been there before, we aren’t perfect, yet Lyft makes the process IMPOSSIBLE. makes it so easy. I guess he’ll never use Lyft again.

    These cars are built with plastic, metal, paint, etc which we extracted from earth. You want us to build cars and only use them for 5% of the time? Again if Uber's fuel efficiency was half of driving, there is no way it would displace driving.
