dear newsletter group @thetimes: sending me to a page that requires a password to unsubscribe just forces me to mark ALL your mail as spam

@Nextdoor so you want me to reset my password and log in to unsubscribe? TBH, sooo much easier to just mark as spam.

Companies: If it takes more than just clicking on a link in your email to unsubscribe (e.g., password required), I WILL mark you as spam.

Dear sites with email list, can you please verify all email addresses before putting them on your email list. Particularly when your require a login to unsubscribe, very annoying when I don't have the password or security questions. Could also contravene spam laws.

A bit of everything. Sometimes, I do reset password and deactivate the account. Sometimes unsubscribe. Sometimes mark as spam.
