    I support your service 1000%. Just yesterday I logged onto the IRS website and saw the your company has partnered with the IRS. I almost got scammed for my personal information on however, I caught it a reported it.

    You have to do better. Your knowledge about communication with deaf clients is lacking. You can verify people with their drivers license and other methods, so the method of communication should be up to the deaf client, not dictated by your employees.

    Will send. But I suggest you never say you do not discriminate when you are accused of such by those who experienced it. Just apologize - change your policies - train your staff and just plain stop treating deaf people like doo-doo.
