OK
@firefox Multi-Account Containers is beautiful. You must fit this in to your Firefox Sync profile for any sanity concerning websites, logins, cookies, and keeping verified sessions completely kosher among one another, learn more about it here:#RealTalk https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/ … -
.
@MicrosoftTeams is the defo one for me,@LastPass,@Firefox Containers,@onedrive sync client,@Yammer,@SkypeBusiness (we're still on prem SfB). For the wider org@zoom_us (I don't use it but we have over 900 meetings in it daily). -
@firefox@FirefoxNightly Is there a way to sync containers across installs? please make it happen
-

@firefox Can you please add option to sync containers also? -
True! Containers are a killer feature, I would really love sync across devices.
-
Just got a notification from
@firefox that sync now supports containers. Happy days! -
@firefox are you planning to add Firefox Sync support to Containers? PS: Firefox 57 is fantastic! -
So when you provide ability to sync container settings via Firefox Account? This could be a great feature! :)

I'm using
@brave full time on my Mac and Android and I totally agree that sync is definitely its Achilles heel. If you moved to Brave due to privacy concerns I would recommend taking a look at@firefox's containers solution. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers … -
Mehh, there's "Multi-Account Containers", but it's per-tab (interesting), but not per-window. Can't work seamlessly between "profiles" without pre-step of selecting account tab should be in. Also,
@firefox doesn't really sync all settings, prefs, and layouts :/. Really want to <3 -
As you've figured out, the URL bar will show you when the requested URL is already open. For grouping, I use Firefox's containers to group by client or project. The nice thing is you can close and reopen groups. The not-as-nice thing is you can't sync groups between devices.

So far working well here on my M1 MBA and FF 83. I actually imported my whole profile and extensions using Firefox sync.
@LastPass, Multi-account containers, Zoom scheduler, and a few others came over. Although I'll admit I'm using Safari more on the new Mac than Firefox. -
Sync between devices, all your history is available in other devices. But containers are another big killer feature. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers …
