    I'm using full time on my Mac and Android and I totally agree that sync is definitely its Achilles heel. If you moved to Brave due to privacy concerns I would recommend taking a look at 's containers solution.

    Mehh, there's "Multi-Account Containers", but it's per-tab (interesting), but not per-window. Can't work seamlessly between "profiles" without pre-step of selecting account tab should be in. Also, doesn't really sync all settings, prefs, and layouts :/. Really want to <3

    As you've figured out, the URL bar will show you when the requested URL is already open. For grouping, I use Firefox's containers to group by client or project. The nice thing is you can close and reopen groups. The not-as-nice thing is you can't sync groups between devices.

    So far working well here on my M1 MBA and FF 83. I actually imported my whole profile and extensions using Firefox sync. , Multi-account containers, Zoom scheduler, and a few others came over. Although I'll admit I'm using Safari more on the new Mac than Firefox.

    Sync between devices, all your history is available in other devices. But containers are another big killer feature. 👍👏

    If you're using multi-account containers I just found out that you can Sync containers and site assignments between devices if you have a Firefox account set up. Go to Add-ons - > Extensions - > Open options for the container extension - > Enable Sync
