    In 2018, a mere 11 days after he won a Stanley Cup, Ted Leonsis let go of the 1st coach to win a championship in DC in any sport in decades. Same owner who forced out Steve Buckhantz and Phil Chenier and replaced them with amateurs. Caps have won just 3 of last 14 playoff games.

    Legendary DC broadcaster Steve Buckhantz is back on NBC Sports Washington- on Saturday. Buckhantz will be the analyst with Curt Dudley serving as play by play with Corey Spector working the sidelines for the FCS powerhouse James Madison/ Elon.
