Finally got round to a bit of an office spring-clean today and came across this
#ww1 memorial scroll, the final words of which I find incredibly powerful. A heartfelt plea from the last century, and a great reminder to many historians of why we do what we do. pic.twitter.com/RDnpXHHhwM

Work has started re-chalking the Map of Australia today. We have quite a lot of work to do! The Map was created by Australian soldiers during
#WW1 whilst staying at Hurdcott Camp in the fields below. The views today are almost exactly the same as they were over 100 years ago. pic.twitter.com/vMoOcNIH8G

Flying over Australia... A chalk badge cut into a Wiltshire hillside by Australian soldiers in 1917. Our work to look after this unique and special feature continues. We plan to be up there again before Anzac Day, to make sure it looks its best.

Our first passengers on the Western Front in two years, Doug and Julie, were asked to unveil the new Australian memorial in the Ypres Salient! Called ‘Brothers in Arms’, it depicts two Australian brothers saying goodbye as one dies of wounds. What a special moment.
