    I reduced my car hours significantly these last couple of months by spending more time on my bike doing the groceries, go out for a work break looking for inspirational ideas, or just for fun and exercise. This is life-changing! Happy 🌎🚵🏽‍♀️

    Globally, we dump billions of tons of waste every year. But we only have 1 planet. I reduce waste however I can, like joining a Buy Nothing community –we share items with neighbors instead of throwing them away. It’s esp. great with 2 young kids!
