    I started eating and drinking too much, and exercising less during quarantine. I think these new habits will be fairly easy to maintain.

    Tomorrow is back to remote work. Thankful for my break. Extremely grateful for ALL who keep everyone's groceries stocked, cook take-out, healthcare workers, & everyone on the front lines. There was no or for many individuals. THANK YOU

    Just a reminder that is in a province-wide shutdown since Dec 26, 2020 & will vary in terms of length for all 34 . So while most of ON will be in mode until Jan 9, public health unit regions in Southern ON will be in shutdown until Jan 23, 2021.

    Covid cases are 3x higher than when we moved to remote learning only in August and now we’re at 600+ cases per 100k residents. Time to until teachers are vaccinated.
