    Another year has passed & the families of the dead not only haven't seen anyone held accountable, they live in a country that won't even acknowledge the brutality their loved ones were subjected to. As I do each year, I extend my condolences to them. I will never forget .

    The worst massacre in Egyptian history, if the world has forgotten the massacre, I haven't!

    7 years ago, the worst anniversary I have ever witnessed as a journalist was the Rabaa massacre, 14 of August 2013, Egypt. In the picture Abu-Islam who died by a shoot from this security officer.

    7 years have passed since Rabaa massacre and the world remains silent! 1,000+ people were martyred by (US/EU/Israel/Saudi/UAE-backed) coup leader Abdel Fattah al-Sisi at Rabaa Square. We will never forget massacre!

    Murderer Sisi received 80 pct vote in an election with 20 percent participation rate. He certainly does not represent Egyptian people and will surely be persecuted one day for the massacre

    Utterly shocking!! According to CNN Arabic, the regime in referred 54 million people to the prosecution office for failing to vote in the Senate elections. Repression in Egypt hit new lows, as the regime is obsessed with its lack of legitimacy.

    Nothing but respect for your courage . *I still want to grow up to be like you!* I hope other Egyptian-Americans whose loved ones were killed at as the world watched via live-streaming or are still in Sisi's dungeons will follow your strategy. Kudos.
