    Why are we not prioritising vaccinations in low- and middle-income countries? Why are donor countries not fulfilling their commitments? Do we really want more variants?

    We must vaccinate Africa.

    Dr Angelique Coetzee: "The saying goes, no one is safe until Africa is vaccinated.. It's been known among scientists all over the world that that is where the variants or mutations are going to start... As long as we don't help and assist Africa, no one will sleep well at night."
