    Why did Colin Kaepernick decide to ? Because US Army veteran and NFL player Nate Boyer reached out to Kap and suggested doing it as a form of respectful protest.

    I don't see kneeling as disrespect for our armed forces or veterans. It is a statement about the discrimination, prejudices, and injustices that still age American Society. & are on the right side of history.

    If you’re protesting Nike b/c they’re condemning racism but didn’t protest Nike when they were accused of child abuse in third world sweat shops then all you’ve done is rationalize both racism And child abuse. Get help.

    Reminder: Nike has the uniform contract through 2028. The NFL is married to them. Also, every time a jersey or any team apparel is purchased, Kaepernick gets a piece of that as a sponsored athlete. So have fun with your bonfires!

    If UR mad over as the face of but were silent when he became the face of police brutality, UR a hypocrite. protested injustice w/ his stand. UR is a protest against a protest. Nothing to do w/ the flag or anthem.
