    is not an option for all mothers... But for the ones who are able, breastfeeding for over 6 months gives mom benefits too. I surely miss the high caloric burn during my year or breastfeeding. It was like running a 10K every day 😄

    22 month old was just nursing on the right side with his right leg touching my right ear and his left leg dangling off my lap. It was as convoluted as you are imagining. He believes in full contact nursing.

    Used my haaka style pump for the first time. No wonder baby rarely feeds for longer than five minutes. Filled the damm thing up while she was eating from the opposite side. I've been wasting SO MUCH MILK trying to catch the aggressive flow in a towel😲 🤷🤱

    Whenever I teach moms how to latch, I always say “make a sandwich” to compress - one of my moms was like “what do I do again? Make a taco?” And I legit lost it lmao 😂🌮

    I recently keep getting asked about 🤱 and am I exhausted by it? The truth? Absolutely!! But I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️ 👶🏼 watching my baby girl thrive and grow and know I’m a part of that is amazing to me and I’m so grateful I can.
