    Maybe try a 30 day challenge instead of New Year's resolutions? For December, my 30 day challenge was to avoid sugar. I wasn't perfect, but I'm pretty happy with how it went. For January, I'm going to stay off social media/Twitter as much as I can.

    One of my 30-day challenges this month is to cut out added sugar. If you see me with a piece of candy, slap it out of my hand and shout "Matt, you promised!"

    My 30 day challenge for April was to write 30 cards. I still have a few to do. I liked this challenge because it gave me a chance to stop and tell a few people that I'm thankful for them. And to wish a few people happy birthdays and anniversaries.
