Hi @metrotrains yesterday a metro track employee was witnessed throwing a stray dog on the tracks at Hoppers in hopes it got hit by a train. What a despicable human. I hope he is fired & charged. @RSPCA @vicpol #metrotrains #Melbourne p.s. the dog survived & escaped.
