Have you tried soy hot chocolate? Personally, I usually dislike soy milk (thankfully I'm lactose tolerant). BUT! Soy-milk hot choc is so velvety and smooth! So good! I think it holds the froth better than dairy milk. Soy milk hot choc with hazelnut syrup = cup of Nutella
