    Lost a dream pitch at work this week. A pitch I was hugely proud of and (this is rare for me) thought we had in the bag. Alas, it was not to be. Thankfully my entire life is full of the brand in question, so I'm just having pangs of PTSD every few minutes.

    I have finished watching all 4 series of Call My Agent (Dix pour cent) now and goddamn it’s the perfect final episode. But they’re making more of it and that too is good as the writers are way too good to balls up the return. What a show.

    Valerian and the city of a Thousand Planets is cheesy as hell and some of the acting is soap opera standard, so I can see why it bombed, BUT the amount of ideas in it is staggering. Sci-Fi is at its best when it dreams big like this.

    If you haven’t done your NHS data sale opt out yet, you have until June 23. You can find the online opt out at the NHS digital website. If you have kids under 13 you’ll need to download a paper form, fill it in, and take it to your GP. Not sure why this is GDPR compliant.

    I wonder why this Government want to lessen the power of the courts, control the media narrative, take away our right to protest and alter the ways our elections are run?

    Months of work. Multiple leakers. Johnson's inner circle. Falsehoods from civil servants. Vast sums of public cash. WTF facts. And, when all is said and done, a smell amply bad enough, I think, to spark a criminal investigation.
