I'm actually questioning if libraries keeping a "minimum rust version supported" is worth the trouble. Is it so bad to just track stable?
It's not even 30 minutes! I have `rustup update` in a cronjob while I sleep.

For juniper we support old versions and have CI enforcing, but mainly just so we know the tradeoffs. For example, using `trim_right()` instead of `trim_end()` kept older compat and didn't make the lib worse.
