You can find it with: /\v^(.*Foo \{)&(.*impl Foo|.*struct Foo)@! Not ideal and jumps to the line but it should work based off the limited testing I did. Just type forward slash to start and type everything after it. It will match all instances of Foo but not impl or struct Foo
