How come the #GirlScouts are so pissed at the #BoyScouts when they should be mad at the #Leftist #soccermom who complained about them being a #boysclub ?
Much #hypocricy
Has the same focus on outdoor programs and skills, has members who have wanted this change for some time (since the forties, actually - they were working with Campfire Girls and GSUSA to see about becoming partner programs). & has a set-up which allows members to effect change.

So campfire girl and GSUSA are scout programs set up for women. Why don't you just reform them into what the boyscouts are today? The point of boy/girl scouts was to build brother/sister hood, a sense of unity with activities. That's 1 opportunity lost with unifying them
-
Also CUSA has fewer than twenty camps across the nation, so inaccessible. GSUSA has about half the infrastructure BSA has, has moral & ethical setbacks for lots of Christian families, & girls have ALREADY TRIED THAT.
-
Ethical and moral setbacks for Christian families? Year look at my page and see what I think of that funny shit
-
Yes I'm aware that you don't care. You're also an atheist which means that you aren't allowed into the BSA either, so I fail to see how this organization is even remotely relevant to you except as another thing you don't actually seem to know much about.
-
I was a boyscout, past tense. This matters to me because I remember the sense of brotherhood I felt with my troop. Any Christian talking about someone else not knowing shit is a laughable sight
-
So you're no longer involved. It's like ex-Christians or ex-atheists trying to mess with the one or the other's policies because they USED to be one.
