Question for @Joaquim_Goes could the detergents we use at home cause increase in coral bleaching?
Coral reefs are one of the most ecologically important areas in the world & are threatened by rising ocean temperatures which causes coral bleaching. 28 out of 213 reefs are at risk of bleaching.

No. Corals are bleaching far away from where people are living. Pollution does have an impact on how well the bleached corals survive.
