Where does scripture state our final judgment as believers will be based on faith and not deeds of righteousness?

Because you have to believe Jesus died and rose again (faith) to receive righteousness. You works will then become evidence of your faith. Yes, the chicken came before the egg.

The egg comes before the chicken in scripture. Jesus tells us to repent or perish. John the Baptist tells us to repent and produce deeds worthy of repentance. Paul and Peter say the same thing repeatedly in acts. Paul in Romans tells us we will be judged by our deeds. ,2:6-11

Actually we are saved by grace, no faith or works, so no man can boast. That said, you can't be earnestly repentant without faith in why you're repenting.

What we're jews boasting in? Circumcision that once divided Jew from Gentile has been abolished to become a partaker of the covenant of Abraham. What is grace? Noah also received it readily. Did God not expect him then to act on it?

I'll add this... I've come to believe grace is the Bible. God's word reveals to us how to be saved and it's now freely available to all, by faith not limited to those of circumcision.
