I've been researching the idea of Unconditional Basic Income since 2013. Here's a list of findings I've compiled from various UBI experiments, unconditional cash transfer studies, and cash dividend research. The data speaks for itself. Data:

Also the term "wage slavery" used to be common terminology in the US. It was even used by the Republican Party. It even used to be the core of the labor movement. We need to rediscover this history and return to demanding real freedom—the power to say no.

Btw, if you take issue with my usage of "wage slavery" to describe our existing labor market and at the same time you worry that unconditional basic income would mean too many people would stop working, you really need to connect those dots.

Poster for Unconditional Basic Income. It covers the basics, enough to meet basic needs, that’s all! The rest is up to you. So many possibilities!

"Rich people earned that money themselves…" *gags* Wage slavery has existed for so long that many people all over the world proudly wear their shackles, praise their masters, and look down instead of up when it comes to placing blame. is freedom. Start demanding it.

$1,000/mo may not be much to someone making $100k + a year but for struggling families, it could be the difference between getting evicted and paying the rent.

When money is tight, the only option is to buy cheap products online or from the big chain conglomerates. A would enable people to shop close to home more often, boosting the local economy and strengthening community cohesion.

Look at that. tied with and in Texas at 3% each, and he has 9% support among those age 18-29. Sorry, but you're wrong about which tier of yours the belongs in, and he's well on his way to tier 1.

Get your fresh not left not right but forward merch right here, supporters! I've had my own merch like this for years, but now buying a shirt like this can support an actual presidential candidate pushing for universal basic income in 2021! For the bag, !

It's just so insane to see politicians beginning to support policies that 7 out of 10 Americans support. Good thing we have millionaire talking heads like Noah here to help fight the good fight to protect the interests of the top 0.01% paying for policies that benefit them most.

What would you do with an extra $1000 per month that you know would always arrive on the first of the month, and would never be withdrawn regardless of how much additional income you earn? Here's a compilation of answers to the Freedom Dividend.

Many people don't realize—and this is true even of many UBI supporters—that the UBI pilots in Namibia and India were below the poverty line amounts (India was 1/3 of subsistence), and that the effects were greater than one would expect from such amounts.

We need more illustrations like this one by to try and better explain how much more there is to the UBI discussion than money. What are you not doing right now because you don't have a stable monthly income floor to pursue it? That's UBI.
