    My greatest strength as a Coach is I’ve never had a player that left my team LESS confident than before I got him. Even if he was the 10th man. To me that’s the pinnacle of leadership. You don’t have to tear one down to build one up

    How you treat service workers tells me a ton about you. People think being a customer gives them a right to talk to people anyway they want. Those folks aren’t owners and leadership level. If you’re pissed about something, take it out on them, not service workers.

    There are a lot of bad assumptions and extrapolations around covid-19 data. It’s okay to say you don’t know what’s up. It’s a new disease we all are trying to figure out. The safest bet is being as cautious as possible. I know that ability varies based on financial circumstances.
