    Over the last two decades, the Police Commissioner has overturned the CCRB's recommendations in 70% of serious cases. A structure that allows this will never restore trust between communities and police. CCRB findings should be final. Here's my plan:

    I can only give receipts for the times times came out with me to give out masks, remember 9/11, helped me get much needed kosher food to folks, came to speak at rallies for edu funding, and joined me in my district to talk about the needs of our small businesses.
