basically are they onchain natives. comfortable with self-custody, doing onchain things, knowledgeable about protocols, daos etc.
prestige is just how prestigious are their prior places of work. some projects care about this. others do not. but we provide it regardless.

communication skills is based on evaluation during a 30m interview. seniority is like a mix of years and positions. just done relative to other candidates
