Hi there, to be eligible for monetization your channel will need to have more than 10k public lifetime views. Here's more info on setting up and managing monetization for your YouTube channel: https://goo.gl/5joiih
But even after you hit 10,000 views itll take atleast a month if not longer to get your channel monetized. My family channel hit 10,000 last month its now at 14,631 channel views and still not monetized and all youtube says is "F off we'll get to it when we get to it."

I got 10k and got monetized right away. Just unhappy with how if you make channel renovations like me and go below 10k views, you get demonetized even though you were before
