People DO NOT believe in evolution. Belief is trust in a conclusion based on lack of evidence. Evolution is evidence based. Therefore you either understand evolution or you do not. There is no belief.

Good point. The sentence was worded incorrectly; it should say "believing in the facts." It is a strange phenomenon among the overly-religious to distrust facts.
