Those w/ less access to sex plausibly suffer simiarly to those with low income, & might similarly hope to organize to lobby for redistribution along this axis. "Redistribution" means "change the distribution". A great many who have commented can't imagine any policy options to change the distribution of sex access other than rape and slavery, and so accuse me of advocating such things. But a great many other policy options exist.

More Qs, Rob. Would love answers: If an Incel has sex, isn't he by definition no longer celibate? So, how much State-mandated tail does an Incel get/yr? If an Incel is having sex consistently, when does the 'policy option' he is exercising become not about celibacy, but rape?
