I liked the idea behind the app, but I am not quite sure how contact tracing would work if the app doesn’t know who is positive

Exactly one week ago, I tested positive for COVID-19. Luckily, only mild symptoms so far. I have the @SwissCovid app. But still no code received.

Sorry to read this. They have perhaps just forgotten that there is an app. There was a media hype for a few days. Then bug were reported. And now they give no more information about it.
