I've noticed that almost all, if not ALL, of the bureaucrats and elected officials that are calling for more affordable housing and rent controls have no experience in real estate development (particularly housing), raising the necessary capital or management. 1/2

Well, here's the thing - all of that is unconstitutional. A license cannot be required to exercise a right. Registration has 4th Amendment issues. Paying a fee to exercise a right violates the Constitution. But then again, the left hates the Constitution

It's inaccurate is the ban banned cosmetic features. Manufacturers removed some features and continued to sell the functionally same firearms. Hundreds of thousands of "post ban" ARs, AKs, etc were made and sold during the ban. 100ks were grandfathered. You can't claim it worked.
