    (I tweeted this because I’m not yelling at people who can’t see the use in steering cultural change within organizations or more broadly societally. Sometimes small change meets small change meets small change until real tectonic shifts become inevitable.)

    Celebrate small steps. They may appear small now, but small steps help build foundations for what eventually become larger wholes. We don’t throw out individual lego bricks just because we can’t picture a completed project yet.

    If a scientific contrarian is actually correct about some non-consensus view, they should be able to convince their expert peers. It's a big red flag if the bulk of their supporters are non-experts on the internet who lack the tools & background to seriously evaluate their claims
