Love that goal. Supporting social entrepreneurs, social enterprises, B Corps, and various flavors of better world companies can really help move the needle. Hell, simply having a website/list of 10,000 of those companies in itself would be super cool.
A friend recently told me he wants to spend the next decade enabling and supporting 10,000 companies like @Patagonia:
Values driven
Financially sustainable
Impactful
Ethical
Stakeholder focused
Long-term focused
I hope he goes after his vision. The world needs these companies.

On this score, a good book is Chouinard's Let My People Go Surfing. In the latter, however, Chouinard (to his credit, he does raise the question) is not able to answer the question about how to design a business model that doesn't contribute to further ecological degradation.
