    "registered disabled" is a huge red flag for me. It doesn't exist in the UK except for registers of people with partial and severe sight impairment. Orgs who do this will get a lecture about talking nonsense from me

    Are you registered disabled? (There is no register of disabled people anymore, this is not a thing, and you're just showing that you think people fake disability. Also found on lots of access pages on websites, as things you need befor access is granted)

    I struggle a lot with self-image although I don't always show it, and it's insidious because your brain can warp any compliments you get into just being sympathy, or friends just trying to be nice, while you continue to think you resemble a mouldy cave troll.

    Came across my photos from the concert yesterday when looking for another file and thought "oh she's cute" before realising that it was me...and I'd felt kinda awful about them at the time, so I guess mental self-image can be a horrible lying headgobilin sometimes.

    If you call in sick because your job is causing severe stress, anxiety or depression and you just can't cope with it on a particular day, that is NOT "pulling a sickie", it's legitimately calling in sick,

    I miss First Out dearly, it was a good place to base myself around when I first moved to London, as you knew it would be a relatively safe place to meet people and it had a lot of events to get involved with.

    Central London used to have First Out until it got priced out. I miss it a lot. Wish we could have a First Out but accessible
