Hey @TeamYoutube, I've tried numerous times to resolve issues with claims and counterclaims for 2 weeks, and none of what you've shared with me has been remotely helpful in getting things resolved. I need actual contact with an actual human, please.

They should unarguably be fired for not answering stuff like this. Literally telling them they have dissatisfied customers and they reinforce it by ignoring problems.
