The claimant was the same on both, but no proof has been provided. Lenz v. Universal Music Corp., 801 F.3d 1126 requires that fair use be considered, of which no consideration is present.

I actually did dispute the first claim and received this response: "Unfortunately, it's unclear to us whether you have a valid reason for filing a counter notification, so we won't be able to honor your request." Hence why I reached out.
