I have shared this post on behalf of Amber (Llama's partner). I think it's important for there to be a broader reckoning with the facts. Grant's abuse does not happen in a vacuum, there are all sorts of people allowing/enabling/supporting it along the way.
We should all be looking at ourselves. I don't exclude myself from that. At the time of these events, I myself defended the character of some of the implicated people rather than focusing on listening to and taking seriously what was happening.
The industry will not make progress just because everyone turns around and goes "Fuck that Grant guy". To make progress EVERYONE needs to take a look at themselves, and account for what they've done, what roles they've played, and where they've failed each other.
