I’m fact last week when I tried to pay the conductor said, “nah you don’t want to be bothered with having to do that.”

Last night me and the fam rode bikes to the train station, rode the train downtown, and walked to a restaurant for dinner. Grand total transportation cost: $0. (The rail conductors in Austin are deliberately not collecting fares apparently.)

The ideal experience here would have been to refund the disputed charge (which they did) and regenerate the card # without sending a new physical card.
