Even when I was a Republican, I never understood people who measure freedom by how many of us walk around with guns. "I have a gun and you don't. Therefore, you had better fear me, if you know what's good for you." Makes me feel big and powerful, especially if I'm an insecure, downwardly-mobile loser with a chip on my shoulder. And all for the $200 cost of a used Glock. What a DEAL.
