I’m hoping to meditate every day from now on Scott. I’m presently on day 11. I managed a 60 day run last year until a drunken night out derailed me. It makes a big difference to my emotional well-being

@Headspace app is actually pretty good. I’m using it daily at the moment and funding it helpful. Alternatively you might be able to find a class, depending on where you live.

I’m glad to see you promoting mindfulness with such enthusiasm now. It’s an amazing practice, and after some time on the cushion (or chair), can be a beneficial skill and tool to increase ones psychological well-being and flexibility.
