But Starbucks gives me free coffee and medical and dental benefits and is over all a decent company to work for, just needs to apologize better and learn how to hire people that fit their actual ideals.

The goal is profit. If they try to do these other things, it's because they think it will add to the bottom line. Starbucks is not your fairy godmother ffs
