It will cause craziness people can't drive to shop. Taking a bus does not make any sense when carrying a ton of food

Try to imagine how a commuter lives. Not even one of those really poor people, just someone who happens not to have a car. How do they get groceries? You can't possibly believe that everyone who eats has a car.
