I don't assume anything. A few hundred car owners? Have you checked out the map of affected area? It's more then "a few hundred" being affected. And shouldn't we listen to the"few hundred" that are actually BEING AFFECTED? and in this area? yes, most business is from drivers

Bus riders are affected every day, twice a day. Why do you believe they don't shop in their own neighborhood?

Because maybe their neighborhood does not have the store fronts that kings highway offers? Among MANY other reasons. I bus doesn't have that much of a delay going down kings highway the change is exaggerated and frankly not needed whatsoever. I've ridden the B82 my whole life

Do you ride the B82 daily or weekly during rush hour? Let 3 buses pass before there's room for you on the 4th? Prop up seniors who can barely stand? Get doused in hot coffee every time a car cuts the bus off coming out of a parking spot? I don't think so.

On the bus, every rush hour, these are the conditions. Totally unavoidable for seniors who can't get up the stairs to take the train. Why don't you care about poor people?

Don’t ya talk likes if you represent us poor people of the neighborhood. I ride that bus but I don’t want these changes. I work in the neighborhood. I still want my job on King’s highway. Stop ruining these businesses!

Replying to @prisonmike2 @MoShal and
The businesses will be fine. People who drive will park around the corner. People who ride the bus will actually be able to ride it to go shopping. This is what's happened along other SBS routes as well.

There's no easy fix for the parking problem. What I'm telling you is, here in our neighborhood, a lot more people would benefit from better bus service. They don't have the option of driving, while drivers always have the option of taking public transit.
