How much of our public funds were spent on this project, that could have gone back to the community in some useful empowering way?

How much sincere (if misguided) activist and advocate energy went into this nonsensical half-measure, to dissolve in a half-victory or burn-out when it was all said and done? And how many young people are still bleeding out on the sidewalk?

This is an outrage and a betrayal. A waste of resources and a false sense of security. We have seen too many bogus half measures passed just to calm the public down and shut the advocates up. Where are the real solutions?

One thing we can do immediately is stop supporting the nonsense bills, the pat-yourself-on-the-back bills, the someone's-getting-a-fat-payday bills. That's what bossy cameras looked like and that's what they are.

Is that what leaders close to this issue said we should do? I didn't hear that anywhere. I just heard you talking instead of listening again. Really Scott you can do better than this. Just stop yourself.
