someone giving a presentation now about the intersection at emmet & barracks. funding is from an outside source, no local match required. apparently it’s a very dangerous intersection. close to $9mil for this project.

internet for the people! they’re talking about a deal to put high speed internet in public housing complexes for a cost of only $10/mo per unit to residents.

i hope DBAC is taking notes. this is how you ask for funding for a project. there is a plan. community engagement was done. she has every moment of this project mapped out. this is incredibly thorough and a very worthwhile endeavor.
